Texas native, former Marine Corps officer, and Harvard Business School alum, Sarah Ford joins us today. She is the founder and CEO of Ranch Road Boots. In this episode, she talks about being a female in the military, why she felt compelled to become a Marine, getting recalled back to the Marine corps after graduating from Harvard, what deployment is really like, and the strength in overcoming your fears.
