Owing to a decision I made last night and inspired by a conversation about decision-making with an amazing client this morning, I thought we could make this whole episode about decisions.

I hope you enjoy the audio/video, but here is the practice I suggest during the episode:

\n - Set the intention to make a few low-stakes decisions each day entirely from your intuition.
\n - This means just going with your first, intuitive choice.
\n - But it must be a low-stakes decision: something along the lines of deciding pizza over sushi for dinner; deciding to take route A to work over route B\u2026 The idea here is to NOT make a big-life kind of decision as part of this practice. Please contact me if this is unclear.
\n - If/When second thoughts come to mind:\n
\n - Recognize that it\u2019s hard to be in a state of indecision
\n - Remind yourself that you\u2019ve been practicing indecision, perhaps for years
\n - Check in with your body, emotions, and thoughts as you feel the indecision and second thoughts\u2026 be curious and learn from these feelings
\n - Accept the decision you made and do not change your mind (you can have sushi next week\u2026 practice being with the discomfort of a poor decision
