Presence is a vital skill for so many reasons!
\nIn presence, we can notice something positive in an otherwise difficult situation, allowing us to down-regulate our nervous system and maintain the ability to find creative solutions.
\nIn presence, we can sense our own tension arising and take action for ourselves.
\nAnd in presence, we can notice and feel the feelings of another.
\nThis is the gateway to empathy and compassion that are so important in every form of relationship we can possibly have!
