I thought today would be a good time to take a little pause and talk about practice.
\nSpecifically, I want to talk about the most simple practices of them all.
\nSetting intention is so key to mindfulness that it could be called synonymous.
\nAfter all, mindfulness is not about stumbling upon random and chance moments of presence, as we all do at some point.
\nMindfulness asks us to pay attention on purpose; to pay attention intentionally.
\nIn today\u2019s episode, I talk about the reason and the method for setting an intention each morning (and why it works, along with some tips and advice for establishing this practice for yourself):
\nAs you can see, it doesn\u2019t get any simpler - or easier - than this simple practice.
\nTherefore, the biggest challenge is going to be remembering to do it,
\nAs I mention in the video, post it notes and lipstick on the bathroom mirror are great tools. But a lot of people require more help. And this is where coaching comes in.
\nI would love to create a couple of small groups for coaching, which can be far more affordable and every bit as effective as 1:1 coaching.
\nBut if your money is more abundant than your time, 1:1 might make more sense.
\nThe point is that there are many options available to you.
\nBut the first step is always the same: Click this link so we can arrange a time to talk:
