I am so happy to be back in the routine of journaling every day!
\nFor about five years or so, I journaled for about 5-10 minutes per day almost without fail.
\nBut I kinda considered it a luxury at some point and, as I got busier (I think it was a covid homeschooling thing), I moved away from it.
\nAt first, it was a day skipped here and there.
\nBut after a month or so, the journal stayed on the shelf.
\nBut as you\u2019ve heard me mention a few times recently, I am dealing with some issues in my life that have been challenging on an emotional level.
\nIn today\u2019s episode, I talk about how helpful it\u2019s been to get back into it:

\nSet a timer for 3-4 minutes\u2026
\nDon\u2019t stop writing! If you run out of things to write, just write \u2018I\u2019ve run out of things to write\u2026\u2019 until something arises. (Something will arise!)...
\nUse prompts (especially in the first few weeks!)
