One of the most profound realizations I came to in my own mindfulness journey is how hard it is to even remember what life used to feel like.

And it\u2019s even more impactful when I consider how, back in those days, I never could have imagined any other way to live.

\n

But Anger is like that.

\n

Anger makes us see things inaccurately.

\n

And Anger takes away our outbound filter.

\n

The result? It\u2019s a life that feels like mayhem 24/7 with no way out.

\n
