As a matter of our habits, we are often unwittingly practicing the things that reduce our happiness and well being.

And most of the impetuous for these habits are steeped in our society.

\n

That means that for most of us, living a \u2018normal\u2019 life means living an unhappy and unhealthy life.

\n

Is it any wonder our society has so much trouble with mental and physical health?

\n

Today I share with you a simple practice of creating a to-do list each day.

\n

But I invite you to do this to-do list in a particular way that will feed your well being.
