EP 255: Body Awareness

As we expand our awareness through simple practices of presence, acceptance, and compassion, we develop the vital skill of body awareness.

\nThe more we become aware of our bodies, the more skillful we become in recognizing the sensations and emotions responsible for the stress response in our bodies.
\n
\nThis allows us to see the stress response in its infancy when we can easily take action to avoid it, rather than when it blows up and hijacks our day.
