Published: Sept. 15, 2020, 2:08 a.m.

Continuing our quest to connect our local hospitality community with people who inspire us, it is an absolute pleasure to introduce Jason Clark (@drinksgeek)! A man who began his humble roots here in New Zealand, yet has gone on to achieve many impressive career milestones around the world. Throughout his  23 years in our industry, JC’s  work has  led him to open up bars here in New Zealand, taken him across continents, led him to compete in global cocktail competitions, and even published his own book amongst other things! Today, he is the UK’s Talisker Brand Ambassador. His knowledge and passion has earned him a place among respected industry leaders, globally. We believe JC is a true testament of what is possible within hospitality, if you put your mind to it. We hope you feel as inspired as we did after his chat!
