Shift Notes Ep. Six: Tim Etherington-Judge

Published: Oct. 13, 2020, 12:26 a.m.

We were lucky to finally get the chance to chat with not only a long time friend of ours but also someone we look up to, who is on a mission to change hospitality for the better. He’s not only well versed in the global bar tending scene, but he also worked on the distributor side with large, well-known international spirits brands.

Tim is the founder of Healthy Hospo and has devoted himself to bringing awareness on issues surrounding health and well-being in the hospitality industry, alongside helping us all understand how to better look after our minds and bodies. This chat was both full of laughs, yet sobering and thought-provoking at the same time.
