It’s an honour to introduce our next guest. Rachel Taulelei sits on the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council, is a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to food and hospitality & is the CEO of Kono, a family owned maori food and beverage producer with a strong values around preserving and enhancing the natural resources around us for future generations.

As an ambassador for New Zealand food and beverage supply and production, Rachel Taulelei has been an integral part of our hospitality industry for many years. Her ethos has paved the way for new thinking in supply chain sustainability, the meaning of eating local and what really matters in the world of business and hospitality.
