This week, we'd like to welcome Sam Dinsdale @dinswithdins to Shift Notes! In this episode, Sam shares her incredible story and brings us another perspective of life in the kitchen. Sam Dinsdale is a hometown Wellington hero and after many years abroad, she now is back home and ready to get back into the kitchen with a whole new venture and a fresh take on what it means to cook.
