We’re back with Paul Hulse, CEO of Just Believe Inc. Just Believe is a 501c3 organization that’s been in operation for almost four years. Their mission is to establish a permanent shelter for the homeless population in Ocean County with the support of community members, churches and support from local political figures. Just Believe Inc. also provides life management skills, assistance with utilities, help with rent, food, and rehab for substance use and mental health issues.
