Recovering Perfectionist

Perfectionism creates feelings of never enough. Feeling like you are never enough is a trap - hindsight is always 2020 and I promise there will always be a way you could have done something better. Find fulfillment in the try not the outcomes ! We have to focus on the process. It\u2019s OK to not be good at everything and enjoy the trying. Find joy in the process and lean into the mess we are instead of thinking there are things and ways we  have to be.
