My guest today is Krisy Thomas from Southern Sparkle Wedding & Event Planning.

We\'re doing a deep dive into how to become a Certified Wedding Planner and how doing so has exploded Krisy\'s wedding planning business.

In fact, Krisy was able to leave her bank job after just one year to become a full-time wedding planner and she credits part of her success in that first year to being one of the only certified planners in her area.

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communication, she moved to the "Music City", Nashville.
