Only invest a small amount and then read everything you can about the company. The companies he mentions are all US stocks but the same lessons go for companies on the ASX.


"Look for a company you\'re familiar with, that you use on a daily basis. Is there a statement from a trained analyst saying the value of this company is x and the shares ought to be trading at y? That might be a company you should consider investing in."
