Pedagogy is a talent with Lance Waring
Our guest Lance Waring is a 30-year veteran of the USAF, originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Shortly after retiring, he earned a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers Other Languages degree from USC. He currently serves as a full-time adult GED instructor and site manager. He also teaches various courses as an adjunct for at the Tucson satellite campus of Wayland Baptist University.
A few months ago, Lance made a very thought-provoking comment on one of our previous podcast episodes and we just had to bring him on to dive deeper into his thoughts. The result? An incredible conversation with an educator who exudes the SHAPE principles we stand for!
