This week we take a break from hearing front line stories of the service industry in order to explore some history about tipping in the United States. I am joined by Fatima Estrada-Rascon of Colorado People’s Alliance as she explains a little bit about her community work in the field of Economic Justice and how it affects tipped workers. We get honest about who are the most vulnerable people affected by tipped wages and how we can participate in our democracy to make sure we show up for each other.
