b'Have you ever worked with someone who wasn\\u2019t the best at their job?\\nMaybe it\\u2019s the other agent you\\u2019re working with, or the seller of the house you\\u2019re showing to buyers. \\n\\nIt\\u2019s tempting to throw them under the bus when things aren\\u2019t going as planned \\u2026 but don\\u2019t! \\n\\nInstead of throwing people under the bus, be proactive and be kind! \\n\\nSpeaking negatively about anyone else never works out for you, even if they are frustrating you! \\n\\nIf you\\u2019re not saying encouraging words about the others that you are working with, it\\u2019s not going to bode well for your business. \\nMake a point to always speak positively about others involved in the transaction, even if they are making it tough!
