Don\\u2019t wait, it could lose you thousands of dollars. I didn\\u2019t start until I was nearly 40, and I regret that more than anything.\\n\\n\\nWanting to break into a new market? Pick a dream 150 houses, and focus on those ones! It will be hard, but keep that focus. Be unique in how you reach out to those people.\\n\\n\\nWhen I was a kid, I saw a presentation at school about being positive, and that has impacted my life even today! We were encouraged to believe in ourselves and our dreams. That belief has impacted my career as a realtor.\\n\\n\\nLast, complacency is so destructive. Our industry changes so fast, that if you don\\u2019t focus on keeping up, you won\\u2019t be able to serve your clientele as well.
