b"A lot can change in a month...\\n\\nWhile I recorded and delivered this particular set at Caf\\xe9 del Mar in Sydney almost exactly a month ago; it feels considerably longer than that. Since this short space of time, there is a collective feeling\\u2014to me a least\\u2014that we've lost a lot our innocence... on both, a local and global level.\\n\\nAt the time, I can recall considering the current COVID-19/coronavirus situation as nothing more than an afterthought, a conversational filler, a punchline. There were no suggestions of any lockdown, no cancelled events, no indefinite business closures. There was a palpable buzz in the air and people were out on the town enjoying a balmy, late-Summer evening.\\n\\nA lot can change in a month...\\n\\nWhile I, and many of my esteemed colleagues, have taken to the Facebook Live airwaves to deliver a positive message of music during the last week or so; I also hope that this particular offering may serve a similar purpose: an accompanying side-dish to your respective isolated, remote working or otherwise uncertain endeavours, perhaps.\\n\\nThis isn't a typical set that you might hear me play in a club nor even as part of our Attic project. For that reason, I originally intended to keep this as a private offering only. All things considered, it feels right to share it out.\\n\\nIt's an uplifting, disco-centric offering\\u2014full of big vocals and positive melodies. I had an enjoyable time throwing it together, and I hope it translates as such.\\n\\nI hope you enjoy it during these uncertain times and hope you're otherwise staying positive and healthy.\\n\\nMuch love!\\n\\n<3"
