"Being A Part of Something New!"

What joy awaits those who find themselves being a part of something new!
Can you recall a time when you experienced something new that just filled you with awe, excitement, and wonder?
The best days of our lives are the ones we take time to notice, reflect and enjoy the new things that are occurring before us and around us.
I understand in my heart; "I am doing something new. Now it springs forth. Do you not see it and will you not be part of it?"
Last week, I met a great new group of IBM Summit Leaders at the Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. Center for Learning in Armonk, NY.
Their orientation occurred on the first day of spring! I could not help marveling at the timing of the new thing that is blossoming in IBM and all the people
who are a part of the emergence of something higher than ever.
