Today's edition of Ben's Story of the Day features:\n\n1) It isn't recommended that you try driving with your hands cuffed behind your back and yet this guy tried anyways after he broke free of the arresting officer. What followed after that was a car chase that reached speeds of 100mph!\n\n2) Officers were pleasantly surprised when the dead body they were responding to was actually a life-size sex doll. Looks like someone will be getting home less than pleased.\n\n3) Before you can immigrate to Quebec from out of Canada, you've got to prove your ability to communicate in French.
