If you've ever listened to a City Council meeting, you've probably noticed that some of the councillors like to talk but never seem to stop. Donna Skelly put forward a motion to cap the time someone is allowed to speak at any one time. Do we want our leaders to be more celebrity than politician?-North and South Korean athletes are going to be marching into the Olympics under the same flag that will just be a picture of the Korean Peninsula. Some South Koreans aren't happy about this and they have every reason to feel that way.
