#99: When it’s time to scale - how to choose the right program & know you’re ready for it

I want to wrap up Membership Month by talking about scaling your business and the different offers you can design to create that growth. Membership is one of them (and definitely my favorite), but courses and programs are also great options that I cover in this episode.

The first step is figuring out whether you’re ready to create a scalable offer. If you have an engaged audience, a narrow-enough focus, and feel excited/ready to work on your business instead of in it for a while, those are all good signs that a scalable offer might be your next step.

Once we cover that, I’ll walk you through three of the scalable offers that I think work really well for coaches, consultants and other service-based business owners: courses, programs, and memberships. Each one has pros and cons and you might find that one naturally suits your personality and delivery better than the others.
