#52: 10 things of the best things I did for my business this year

Published: Dec. 31, 2019, 1 a.m.

2019 was such a good year for me as I was able to pull into my strengths and figure out what needed more focus and what I needed to pull back from.

Although not necessarily my highest earning year, I gained traction in setting up my business with a sustainable strategy for consistency in revenue, being mindful about the things I did in my business, and being flexible in the number of work hours I put into the business on a weekly basis.

To wrap up the year, I’m delighted to share the top ten things I did in 2019 that actually worked in moving me closer to achieving my business goals.

Here’s my list of top 10 things that made 2019 was so fulfilling with much more clarity and focus than I had at the beginning:

  1. Got a tangible skill
  2. Focused on relationships (link to Small business boss podcast)
  3. Got on Voxer
  4. Got a photoshoot
  5. Refined my one thing - offer & superpower
  6. Listened to my personality preferences
  7. Rebranded - affirming everything
  8. Began taking on ads clients
  9. Launched a podcast
  10. Hired all the help I needed for the podcast

Some of those things were expected while others were totally unexpected and unplanned, but they worked in perfect harmony to make 2019 amazing.
