Our guest today, Paula Jenkins, had exactly this experience. Paula is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who has worked in project management, run retreats, become a certified life coach, and now runs a podcast production and life coaching business.
Paula is such a fun and kind person as well as a serious and accomplished business woman. Paula shares some of the unique challenges she’s faced in her business, like learning to say yes only to clients she really wants to work with and how to manage billing for the varied and high-touch services she provides.
We then dig into her experiences as a podcaster and Paula shares some of the personal background that led to her starting her show. We chat about the importance of making a commitment to your show, however long it is, and showing up for it consistently. Paula shares what that commitment did for her business, and how it brought her clients in some unexpected ways.
