I was so inspired when I created this video for my group, I\'m sharing it about how important it is to shift our thinking to strive forward clearly.

1. Become an expert. Own what you know & can do.
2. Ignore the competition
3. Stand by and in your values and use that as a force to power your vision
4. You have to grow your own audience always
5. Nothing ever gets easier, it doesn\\u2019t matter how successful you\\u2019ve been, you\\u2019ll always feel like the next thing won\\u2019t work, or be easy, doubt is embedded into our DNA it\\u2019s our survival mechanism, the one we don\\u2019t need in this situations.\\xa0
6. Ditch the assumptions. I find myself in my assumptions all the time and they are actually more like excuses.
7. The online learning space and community space is growing and all you need to put in the time and be bold.\\xa0
