Carma is essentially a digital platform that focuses on social and environmental impact by employing veterans and service leavers in something called the Green Task Force to plant trees.\\xa0
So they\'re making a really positive impact in the world and it really was a fantastic discussion covering a great journey that Jim has been on .\\xa0 We start off in Barnsley and Jim escaping by joining the Royal Navy, and all that happened along the way to where he is now.
