Today on ScaleUp Radio, I talk with Phil Anderton who founded ADHD 360 with two others about five years ago.\\xa0 In that time they\'ve grown to 110 employees and 1100 new patients per month.\\xa0
So phenomenal growth in that time and it\'s all around ADHD and helping patients to lead their best life.\\xa0
Phil has a really interesting background and so many experiences to draw on, you can\'t fail to take something of huge value from this episode.\\xa0
Phil started off in the police and it was about 20 years ago when he first started looking into ADHD, but he rose to quite senior level within the police before setting up ADHD 360 5 years ago
We talk around the people and leadership side of things, and how you keep control of a business that is growing that rapidly.
Also he\'s in an environment where there\'s a fair bit of regulation and we have to make sure that we establish thought leadership and the credibility that we really can provide the level of trusted service that you would expect.
There\\u2019s also complications around dealing with the NHS as a potential partner.
All sorts of great learnings and lessons within this episode. So I encourage you to go across and listen to the rest of Phil\'s story!
