Infosec People is a recruitment business that specializes in aiding companies in the UK, Europe and USA in finding key talent for cyber security and data privacy from CE levels to developers. They started 15 years ago and are based in Cheltenham. They currently have 20 staff and plan to grow by 5 more by end of 2023.\\xa0
\\xa0
It was so interesting hearing Ben\\u2019s story about how he started with the business as a recruiter working for the owner Chris Dunning-Walton when there were just 4 of them and has now become the MD guiding the growth of the business.

\\xa0- Understand your markets and sit tight during tough times by doing the right things

What is illuminating about the conversation with Ben is how much he and the business focus on people. As they look to their growth, they wish for their team to stay with them long term and grow into more senior roles on the way. Infosec People is all about growing their people.
