b'I get asked the same question a lot: "Tell me the name of an organization you think really has achieved Predictable Success." I always answer the same way: "OK, but you\'ll likely never have heard of them."\\n\\nThat\'s because the most exciting, innovative, focussed, joyous organizations that get into (and stay in) Predictable Success aren\'t the behemoths that we all know. Instead, they\'re organizations - businesses, not-for-profits, cause-based NGO\'s - who, unless you live in geographical proximity to them or operate in the same market as them, you\'d never know they existed.\\n\\nIt\'s one of the undiluted delights of what I do that I get to meet and work with these organizations, and the outstanding people who lead them, every single day.\\n\\nI met one such leader, and his outstanding business, when I stepped of the airplane (yes, this was in the before times) in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where I spent two eye-opening days with Behfar Jahanshahi, CEO and founder of Interworks, as he led his outstanding, global team through their annual conference.\\n\\nAs soon as I heard Behfar deliver his keynote I knew I wanted to bring his personal story, his leadership philosophy, and the remarkable growth principles behind Interworks to the Predictable Success tribe, and last week, I was able to sit down with him and explore all of that, and more. Enjoy and learn from a truly remarkable Predictable Success leader.\\n\\np.s. Behfar\'s closing explanation of how and why he has built Interwork\'s \'giving back\' program is particularly outstanding. Don\'t miss it.'
