This is the story of a one of the emperors of China, whose ancestors were Manchu, who was embarrassed because his family did not have a good origin story. So an old woman of the court tells the story of how his ancestor is born from the gods. Fancha lived in Manchuria and after his family was killed he fled south to the Tumen River. When that was was not recorded. There is a lot of overlap with this story from Chinese/Jurchen legend.
