Ep:7 - 4 Steps for Overcoming Objections

Thanks for tuning back in after a week off. Irma was a little rougher than expected but we still have life and limb! Today's episode of Overcoming Objections begins with differentiating between a stall and and objection. I will then provide you with 4 steps to overcome any objection: 1) Acknowledge 2) Isolate 3) Overcome 4 Re-close The objections that I will use as examples are "I need to talk to my spouse", "The price is too high", and "I need to think about it". The last close has its own special techniques for handling by focusing on the 4 P's: 1) Person 2) Place 3) Product 4) Price The methods I reveal are applicable across multiple industries and objections.
