Picking up where the last episode left off, this week's topic is effective follow-up after the client has said "yes". I'll address how often to follow-up, what methods to use and what to say. I also tackle the dreaded "survey call". To write an iTunes review from your phone: 1) Search for "S.A.L.E.S. is Simple" in podcasts.
