It boils down to that the company is committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion. That really is implemented across the company. We\\u2019re in a highly competitive industry and we have to continue to innovate. It\\u2019s crucial for our success, and we can\\u2019t do that if we don\\u2019t have a wide variety of differing ideas being shared.
