Figure out what it is you need and what you want, and how you\\u2019re going to make it happen. Reach out to me if you want a mentor, because I\\u2019m happy to do that. If you\\u2019re employer, or a male ally, think about how you can help the women in your office feel a little less like either they\\u2019re missing out if they\\u2019re not there, or overwhelmed if they are there. Ask them what they need and what they\\u2019re dealing with. That\\u2019s something we can all do for each other. How are you doing? What\\u2019s going on in your world?
