Joe Young is the Executive Vice-President with Payroll Network, the largest independent payroll and human capital management services provider headquartered in the D.C. Metro area.

Joe has been with Payroll Network since 2010 and since joining the company in a Business Development role has assumed responsibilities for leading their Sales, Business Development and New Client Implementation Team. Prior to joining Payroll Network, Joe\\u2019s career was highlighted with sales and entrepreneurial endeavors in the financial services, technology and sports marketing industries.

Joe\\u2019s first true sales position was selling corporate hospitality packages for major golf events including the 1997 U.S. Open at Congressional Country Club.
