DAN\'S TIP FOR EMERGING SALES LEADERS: "If you\\u2019ve got an iPhone, you\\u2019ve got Reminders. If you\\u2019ve got Google, you\\u2019ve got Google Tasks. Here\\u2019s my challenge. Go open up your tasks, create a reminder and in just one line, in a sentence, type in "what do you want?" When you set the date, make that reoccurring daily. Set a time that works for you, I like to pick a number that\\u2019s quirky and weird. Take a number, say reoccurring daily every day at that time that\\u2019ll pop up an alert on your phone to say, \\u201cWhat do you want?\\u201d Often, that little reminder is enough to say, \\u201cYou know what? I\\u2019m doing great\\u201d or, \\u201cI should go in a different direction.\\u201d It\\u2019s something that can make an immediate impact in your life and will. You can do it right now."
