Emotional intelligence sounds great but how do you actually yield hard sales results? What I\\u2019d like to encourage everyone today is for this new perspective, when you\\u2019re coaching your salespeople, absolutely coach to the hard skills but start including language such as, \\u201cWhere do you think lack of empathy got in the way of forwarding this opportunity?\\u201d, \\u201cWhere did your lack of assertiveness go up?\\u201d, \\u201cHow are you playing into instant gratification?\\u201d It\\u2019s not an either/or proposition which often people confuse that when they hear of emotional intelligence.\\xa0
