Be fearless, never be afraid and the sky\\u2019s the limit in terms of accomplishments. Challenge yourself yearly, challenge yourself every 5 years, challenge yourself at 10 years and go for it.\\u201d

Susan Lee is the VP of Sales for\\xa0MOI,\\xa0she\\u2019s been in the furniture industry for 22 years and she began her career selling copiers with Xerox. She\\u2019s faced many challenges along the way as a woman in sales leader and she\\u2019s also a cancer survivor.

She has had great success in the office furniture industry at companies including Herman Miller, Knoll and Haworth. She was a featured panelist at the IES Women in Sales Selling Edge Conference.\\xa0
