If you\\u2019re a man looking to help the women in your organization, engage. We have something we say, \\u201cHey, meet the market where the market wants to be.\\u201d I think that\\u2019s equally true for employees. You have to meet employees where employees want to be. But you can\\u2019t take action unless you\\u2019re listening first, if you\\u2019re engaging first. If you do that, then you\\u2019re going to make progress.\\u201d
