Mindfulness is maintaining a moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, surroundings and environment. Having in mind the Rosario University opened a Mindfulness Center this week, today's Running with Rosea crew prepared a RoseaZEN show for you.
Nick, shared some poems with us, Paola presented her Songs of the Week-two very relaxing tunes, Christina shared some very interesting mindfulness funfacts, Daniela brought some tips for all of us to practice mindfulness anytime in Rosea Around the World, and Fernando interviewed
Michael Raven, a naturopath, nutritionist, and brand consultant who has attended many retreats from yoga to mindfulnes as today's Special Guest to share his experience with us. Enjoy!
