Tamara Van Leeuwen is a former dancer, restaurateur, and economist who found her way into rugby. Though born in the Netherlands, she has lived in Cura\xe7ao almost all her life. She became the president of the rugby federation in 2019 and has been grinding away since. She talks to us about the state of rugby in Cura\xe7ao, how she has found a strong passion for the rugby community on the island, the trials that they have faced getting to where they are, and what the future holds for them.
