A great book for those who are intermediate to beginner users of CSS, but advanced users may get a thing or two out of it as well. I found the book to be a great help as I update our company site and get it up to web 2.0 standards!

Rookie Mistake Tip:
Just in the time spent growing up we all realize that nothing in life is easy, and this definitely carries over into a career. How you survive through the bad times (that will happen) is going to show you (and others) what kind of person and what kind of worker you really are. Don't be too quick to throw in the towel.
