How often do you actually take a moment to consciously feel gratitude?
\nHow often do you express that gratitude to someone who perhaps played a part in you experiencing it?
\nI know it's something I've had to become conscious of... realising ya'll don't live inside my head and that my internal experiences are mine and mine alone unless I open up and share them. (crazy, I know)
\nBut the benefits of gratitude (and kindness) are widely researched, cited and very much proven to have a very real and very positive effect on our thinking and our emotional (and physical) state. So here I am throwing a little gratitude stone in the pond of humanity and hope it ripples out far and wide.\xa0
