EP53 Life Bedridden. Myalgic Encephalomyelitis & Chronic Fatigue. | Angela Flack

Living in a bubble.

\n

Once upon a time Angela Flack was an active, sporty, entrepreneurial spirit who traveled the world punching out her message with her newly published book 'Edible' (you can head on over and buy a copy online).

\n

These days though, she manages life very differently indeed.  After gaining symptoms from 2015, progressing to the debilitating diagnosis of ME, or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis... yep, I didn't bother trying to pronounce that in the intro!

\n

Angela hasn't been outside for two years.

\n

She chats today about a little of the experience.  How it likely all came about, how she processed and processes the change, the grief associated with what she lost, about how she found a new way to live and to love life along the way.

\n

Fascinating and frightening, it sort of puts some of this Covid inconvenience into a different perspective.
