Katarina Wittich (or Kato Wittich) appeared on episode 5 of Gwenyth Paltrow's Netflix Series Sex, Love and Goop…  She is a former film maker turned somatic therapy expert who refers to herself and a ‘student of human-ness’. The tools in Kato’s toolbox which I’d not previously heard of, that we discuss today are the Rosen Method and Family Constellation Therapy and it’s fair to say that I found this conversation incredibly profound and I dare say even a little meant-to-be having it fall into my lap at this particular point in time.
