The funny thing about coaching is that when we seek it, we believe the coach has the answers. However, the more I coached (and was coached) the more I realised that the answers were mine, not theirs (if they're a good coach) and that the answers were already inside me, waiting to be realised. A good coach just creates a space, a perspective, they can draw you out of your bubble of bullsh^t.\xa0
\nWhen I coach others, I feel like I learn and evolve at a rapid pace... and for me I've experienced this in boxing and in mindset and behaviour coaching.\xa0
\nSo this... this is an insight to my thoughts around this.\xa0
