If you listened to yesterday's episode with Bobby you'll know that last week I lost my best mate (Coach the six year-old wonder whippet) due to a very minor surgery on her toe which saw her tragically passed away under anaesthetic. Exactly one week later (almost to the minute), Harps and I sat down to debrief on one of the saddest weeks of my life on The You Project. Our chat is a little sad in places but honestly, it’s not depressing, neither of us cried (amazingly) and we even have a laugh and some feel-good moments so I thought I'd share it on Roll With The Punches too.
